How to Book
Booking with us is easy but there are a few steps that need to be completed. Bookings are based on availability, so the sooner you start the process, the better.
To get started, follow these steps:
- Fill out the form on this page. Please be as detailed as possible. Completing this form doesn’t guarantee a booking, it’s just the first step.
- We’ll contact you by phone at a time that’s convenient for you to review your needs.
- Next, we’ll schedule an in-person meeting with you AND your pets in your home. This gives us all a chance to make sure we’re a good match for you and your pets.
- You’ll need to email updated vaccination and other required documents to us.
- We’ll then confirm the dates and times of the service.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit will then be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance will be paid to the sitter upon arrival on the first day of service.
- Enjoy your time away and rest easy knowing your pets and your home are in good hands.
