Booking with us is easy but there are a few steps that need to be completed. Bookings are based on availability, so the sooner you start the process, the better.

To get started, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the form on this page. Please be as detailed as possible. Completing this form doesn’t guarantee a booking, it’s just the first step.
2. We’ll contact you by phone at a time that’s convenient for you to review your needs.
3. Next, we’ll schedule an in-person meeting with you AND your pets in your home. This gives us all a chance to make sure we’re a good match for you and your pets.
4. You’ll need to email updated vaccination and other required documents to us.
5. We’ll then confirm the dates and times of the service.
6. A 20% non-refundable deposit will then be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance will be paid to the sitter upon arrival on the first day of service.
7. Enjoy your time away and rest easy knowing your pets and your home are in good hands.
